Each package is fixed-scope and fixed-price. No "starting at." No discovery-phase upcharges. You see the price, you see what's included, you book the project. If you need something custom, we can talk — but most clients are best served by one of these three.
A complete campaign website built in one week. Mobile-first because over 70% of your traffic will come from phones. Designed to convert visitors into donors, volunteers, and event attendees — not just inform them you exist.
Book this package →A single page that does one job: turn visitors into qualified leads while you sleep. An embedded AI chatbot asks the right qualifying questions and drops booked leads straight into your inbox. Built for contractors, dentists, realtors, and service businesses.
Book this package →A multi-step intake form that produces an instant AI-generated estimate, emails the lead a clean PDF, and pings you their phone number. Roofers, pool builders, fence installers, pressure washers — anyone whose customers shop around at midnight.
Book this package →For clients who want their website to keep getting better instead of slowly rotting. Updates, content changes, performance tuning, and new sections as your business grows.
Two reasons. First: fixed-scope packages mean we don't waste days re-scoping during the build. Second: I work front-end, fast, and use AI tooling to handle the parts that traditional agencies bill out separately. You get the speed without paying for the agency's overhead.
Because hiding pricing is a tactic agencies use to charge whatever the market will bear. I'd rather work with clients who self-select based on transparent pricing. If $1,500 feels right, you book. If it doesn't, no one wastes a discovery call.
Sometimes, by referral. But Lee and Collier counties are my focus. Local context matters — I know what hurricane season does to small businesses, why snowbirds change everything, and what voters in this district actually care about.
Tell me on the call. About 1 in 5 projects ends up custom-scoped. The base packages exist because they cover most needs, not because they're the only thing I'll build.
Yes. Code, design, content, hosting account — all yours, registered in your name. I deliver the keys. If you want to hand it to someone else later, you can. (Most clients keep me on retainer, but that's a choice, not a leash.)
Donor data lives in your platform of choice (ActBlue, Anedot, NGP VAN), not on the website. Volunteer signups flow into your CRM. I don't store, retain, or have ongoing access to constituent data after handoff.
